The first steps/days of my holiday seem to be solid, the rest of my itinerary will be finalized Monday afternoon,

and I will very happily post it here..

Whatmore, I may do a Travelogue as I traipse/jet around Europe

Yesterday someone said: since it's only a few days 'til my Holidays,

I must be eagerly counting down the days to my departure, to which I answered:

..though I am looking forward to my vacation, I am very much enjoying myself in the meantime..

No anxiously counting down the days.. Enjoying today to the fullest, and tomorrow will come

in its own time... But, yeah, am excited, Jammy xx

My deepest apologies for my dreadful tardiness in posting my Holiday plans ..

Belamy, thank you so much for your very generous offer of said villa in St. Lucia,

but I already have a spectacular vacation planned out ..

And here, I will say a great big THANK YOU to our very own DOODLEBUG, whom I never met before and

yet he was so generous as to lend me his Pyrenees Cabin.. (which btw is a fully furnished, lovely apartment )

I know Doodles only from the boards and by PM, he's never been my visitor, and yet on Monday we met up for coffee,

had a grand chatting session about life and politics (it was finally clarified: I am NOT a republican ) and he handed me the

keys to his vacation home.. I am impressed. I also swore that I will not have full throw-down parties on said premises..

Doodles was so kind that --knowing that I like horseback riding-- he even found a place for me to get horses.. So, the plan is:

Toulouse, get car, drive to Mountain Village, probably laze around the first day, then get a couple of horses and go up into the

mountains to commune [definition: com·mune 1 (k-myn) 1. To be in a state of intimate, heightened sensitivity

and receptivity, as with one's surroundings ] with the wolves and bears Doodles mentioned..

Once I get tired of this pastime, I will probably hit a beach somewhere and work on/refresh my tanlines..

My estimated time of return is 10ish/15ish of September...

I am pretty darn excited.. Surely I will have a grand time,

but come September I will be anxious and eager to get back to Dub and to my very satisfying pursuit...

Sounds like an amazing 'me time' holiday adventure Stephanie, enjoy every minute of it! Fair play Doodles...Stephanie hasn't obviously mentioned her Hells Angels (Californian chapter) buds who'll be staying with her for a couple of days when she's away then??? I believe it's her Tea Party chums after that . Have a ball Steph & Doodles you're an officer &
a gentleman.

It's the Tea Party pals I'd be more worried about Doodles...Sarah Palin I hear has a rep for being a bit of a part animal, lol!
