    Hmmm, so let me understand this. He was entirely at fault for the appointment not taking place (didnt charge phone/couldnt follow simple directions), yet Liberty gets the bad mark on her profile.

    This is a big oversight with the review system imo. The criteria for an N/A review should be revised. They should only count when the escort is at fault.
