recently i met an escort who had been terrorised by four thugs who stole everything she had on the ruse that one was a customer who forgot his keys, they hit her and frightened her out of her wits, thank god nothing worse, she was on her own, touring escorts are enormously exposed, living out of suitcases, sometimes the apartments are a mess, some escorts have to buy their own bed linen because they have high standards for them selves and their customers, the guys who call and dont show up, the abusive callers, the great unwashed are all bad enough, the violent nutjobs are anathema, a boil on society, this woman is tiny, speaks better english than most and was an easy target, within missing a beat she was back at work within days in new town meeting more ananymous strangers all of whom could be a threat to her life, obviously she works for a living, hopefully enjoys some of it, you sit in an apartment all day waiting for a call, hoping it will be ok, have to look your best, perform to the best of your ability, otherwise you might get a bad review from an otherwise good guy or a freak, anyone who has worked in a service industry knows the pubc are dangerous freaks, in the field of providing sexual services with all the paranoia involved, how bad could that be?
Soe years ago i was in a relatioship with an escort. leaving aside the obvious jealousy, fear, withdrawal, there was the dread of real harm coming to someone you adored, nightly phone calls, separation, thankfully she gave up the job which she always wanted to do, which of us men could look good 24 hours a day, be ready for action at 10 mins notice, make the right noises, send you home happy and then be ready for the next gift from god, these are extraordinary courageous people, when you complain about their prices, ask yourself what you would charge not for just your time butyour actual being, the wonderful woman i met is young, a little inexperienced, who could have just given up after this trauma in a foreign country, these incomparable women fill a void in our lives, celebrate them, walk in their shoes and you will see

l hope the girl she will be fine after that and she will exceed the time even if'it is not easy

same thing happened to me and after that you think all the time this person it'is good or maybe he have somthing else in the head for that naw l put a lot of question before l meet someone even like that l can wrong

I am coming out of posting 'retirement ' as I think it important to say a few words on this subject in support of the OP and the girls in general without being sycophantic in any way.

To the general public,prostitution conjures up images of either street walking skangers or alternatively Vogue model types being paid zonks by rich playboy tycoons to play with them. Little do they appreciate that really lovely ladies, lovely people indeed, are easily and privately available at the touch of a button or at the end of a phone in this country.

We are a small island where 'everybody knows everybody' and therefore with few brave exceptions we are dependent on ladies from abroad either coming here to stay for a year or two or coming here to tour on a regular basis. We must make sure ( as best we can ) that these independent ladies feel safe and comfortable and feel that financially it is worth their while to come here. Yes, escort fees are expensive to the punter in the current environment but I would suggest escorts are really no more expensive here than in most of western europe and that is somewhat surprising given that we are 'off the beaten track'. I think the quality of the ladies we have had and continue to have here is at the top end internationally.

It is only when something is taken away from you that you appreciate what you had. My guess is that the quality of 'punting' has never been better in this country. Not alone can we reasonably easily book a range of gorgeous women for sex but it is delivered wrapped in the GF experience ! If our partners knew about this, they would have a canary !! ( might buck some of them up ! ).

It is for these reasons it makes me sick when I hear of these girls being assaulted and robbed by these cowards. Their difficulties become our problems as unless these ladies can operate safely and in reasoinable conditions, they will not come here and we will suffer. It has been an absolute privilege to have been entertained by so many great ladies -- I do not want this to change or to give others the excuse to change things for us. Unfortunately, there is very little we can do to protect these girls ourselves due to the fact that we must operate ourselves somewhat in the shadows but we can at least give our business to those quality ladies who are genuinely independent and who stay here or keep coming back. A girl who is attacked/robbed goes to the Gardai, anti escort groups such as Rhuama will use these attacks to further demonise the services provided. As punters, we find it difficult to speak out on behalf of the girls and that is the problem. The more I think about it, the more I want to do something positive...problem is I can't actually work out what is the best thing to do....if anyone comes up with a way, we the punters, can help without compromising existing relationships etc...then please post and I for one will join in.

Unfortunately, it would greatly benefit escorts if the burden of arrest fell on the client as oppos3e to an escort; one would be less likely to want to rob an escort if they thought it was undercover Garda.

And I hope the girl mentioned above went to Garda because not only was she robbed, she was also raped since the so called client took the money/
