That’s remarkable you don’t want to ad to their misery. The thing is, if you suspect someone is working against their wish, you should call the guards immediately.

But keep in mind hun that most escorts and every escort I heard off is working out of her free will. Even the ones pretending to be independent, they still agreed to work for those agencies they are working, for whatever reasons they think it’s appropriate.

Some of the things you hear in the papers are either exaggerated, either the girls caught are afraid to go to their families and tell them they decided to be escorts, so it’s easier to play the victim card and say someone forced you to do it.

But if you think about … how can you force someone to do escorting these days? Even if god forbid, some girls would be indeed forced, they would still receive clients. Most clients are nice human beings who would not take advantage of an abused soul and will ring the guards as soon as they can. Even if the clients don’t realise the girls are scared, I am pretty sure someone forced to do escorting will eventually beg for help such a client. With or without knowing English, anybody can let you know they are desperate.

So yes, well done for saying you will not ad to those girls misery. But please remember that most girls are happy to be escorting and we do that because that’s the path we have chosen.

How can we be sure that none of these women are trafficked into escorting. We see again on the news that 2 women have been rescued from Belfast brothels. Its hard to know how 'Independent' they really are. Trafficked into this business would amount to total misery for the victims, and I for one would not want to add to their misery.

I see that you only registered in March this year. I've said it before so I'll say it again:

Independents will:

a) Answer their own phone
b) Plan their own tours & working hours
c) Most independents dont work 24 hours
d) Genuine photos, genuine reviews
e) Will not be working from an apartment with several other girls.

If you suspect a girl is being trafficked, as said by Amy Alison, leave, ring the guards. Most independents are indeed independents, I've yet to meet a girl who is trafficked. I know some girls are, I've just never ever met a trafficked girl, nor have any of my other escort friends.

I think you need to add a third category here Sandy .... 'Independent Girls who actually work for agencies and are therefore not independents'. I have never met a trafficed girl but I am quite sure I have met a few girls that are pimped in some way.

Fair point but I can quite honestly say that the independent girls that I know who work here in Ireland are true independents, if guys visit girls who say they are independents but then find out they are pimped or working for an agency, they should do a review to give other guys the thumbs up. I know some girls on this site say independent but are agency, you only have to look at the warning secton.

One obvious way to avoid supporting trafficking, which is sick, abhorrent, and, unfortunately an aspect of human nature, is to visit only established escorts.
