I'm in general agreement with the other posters here. However, I would location as a key factor initially, especially if not a late evening appointment. If it's earlier in the day, a lot of men have other commitments with their time. Some are even married with kids !!!!

So they have little more time than the 30 mins or 1 hour. Therefore the location being not too far out of the way or being in area where there is not too much traffic can become more important.
