My point I suppose is that E1 must know where their revenue comes from (I realise it's probably not straightforward) but there is no indication on a profile whether the escort is working as an independent or for an agency. We would then have the choice.

Escorting is an underground industry. How can you expect or even hope that everything is as it seems ?
It'd be lovely to think everything's rosy in the garden and we're all a big happy family. But look at the bigger picture ... it's bound to be crawling with people who do not have honest intentions at heart if there's a buck to be made from it.
I can think of so many catch phrases to quote. Buyer beware and so forth. You can do your best to not get stung but I feel the law of averages will one day dictate that you will get something you didn't bargain for. And when that happens, you're all on your own.
This is a fact of life for anyone involved in the industry, and the consumers of it. Where there's a dick there's money to be made, and all bets are off when there's money to be made.
I acknowledge not everyone is like that. There are honest people out there just wanting to make a living for themselves and no more. But I'm always conscious of what's most definately lurking in the shadows.
In short, you can never be sure of anything.
