Yes you are correct on what you say. You could also check how many posts the reviewer has made as this takes alot of time as you are aware off. I have made my own list of TR for Belfast and you are one of them mark.
It's easier for us in Belfast to spot possible fake reviews due to smaller catchment area but possible a more difficult problem in say Dublin

We all know who we can trust, in particular those that post on a long term basis on this site.
I do notice that it was from one of your recommendations that I visited a lady!
A visit I thoroughly enjoyed and will do so again when she returns
