im sorry hunny i dont mean to be rude but this is not wot we asked for

1. we asked for a daily rate so if you were touring for 8 days you could pay for 7 day tour (90 euro) and add on an extra day at (25euro)
instead of having to pay for 2, 7 day tours at 180 euro to cover the 8 days tour

2. alot of girls were abusing the system even the guys noticed (hense all the threads asking why girls were arriving every day in the same city)
we asked for a farier system just a few simple rules to stop the abuse leaving it fair for everyone
-as girls were changing there locaton form one strret corner to another street corner so she would get onto the coming soon section and also get onto the new /back section

- girls were also changing there loctaion from dublin to sligo and then back to dublin in an hour or two to get back on to the new/back section

this was not fair to the girls actually arriving in the town as soon as they arriveed they were pushed of the new/cback section by girls who had already arrived but were abusing the system

we asked for a fairer system that all
some simple rules would have only been needed to stops girls abusing the system

instead e-i have decided to change the system completely
now you only get on the new/back section when you pay for a tour there fore girls are paying for 3 days tour and then paying the daily top up tour each day which means they are constantly on the new/back section
if you arrive in a town you will not be put in the new /back section as it goes by payments

I totally agree is that not what I said in my post? (see highlighted parts) I know the system is flawed thats why I will continue to do what I'm doing while the return on my investment keeps climbing, when it changes I will change with it. As Gordo said make the most of it while things are good, so I am. What I also think needs to be said but with no disrespect to any of the guys here but most of my bookings are with members that dont even go on the boards.

As an Independent can I just say the front page changes and the add on daily rate WERE requested by a percentage of Ladies on this site, but as we all know you dont get nothing for nothing and as I said in the private Ladies section "be carefull what you ask for you just might get it" the changes were implimented but maybe not how the Ladies thought they would be.

I have decided to use the changes to my advantage and I can honestly say the increase in clients is more than worth the extra money I am paying and my extra advertising costs are not being passed on to my clients.

The Ladies that asked for the changes wanted more exposure on the front page because we all know thats where we want to be, now they have that chance but it costs extra.

So all the ladies have the same chances to be on the front page but only they can decide if they want to pay the extra or not. I dont feel exploited by E-I because I am very happy with the return on my investment.

Jasus i hadn't realised that they'd done away with the genuine New/Back entirely, absolutely ludicrous to essentially auction off a part of the site's functionality.
What's next, have the Dublin escort map only show the premium paying advertisers? Or perhaps only return results of higher paying escorts in the Female Escort Search function.

We added a daily rate at the request of escorts

We stopped escorts going into "NEW & BACK" (which meant appearing on front page and area index pages every time they move location) at the request of numerous escorts. Many escorts complained to us that other escorts were repeatedly changing their location in order to go back into "NEW & BACK" and this was unfair and we shouldn't put escorts back into "NEW & BACK" every time they move location, only at the beginning of each tour or monthly advert they start.

We made these changes and ideally, everyone would now be happy. However things are not perfect, because many escorts now feel they should go into "NEW & BACK" every time they change location and would like the system changed back to how it was. There is also the issue of some escorts paying a daily rate every day to get into "NEW & BACK", which was an unintended development for us and we need to look at.

Now we have some unhappy ladies and we are looking into changing the system a second time, and hopefully getting the changes right this time, so hopefully those ladies who are unhappy presently will be happy. To be honest, I'm more inclined to focus on getting this done than debating it, which is why this will be my only post on this thread I think.

From the clients point of view, I fully understand that you want to see ladies that are genuinely new or back in "NEW & BACK". That's common sense and I get it. The situation now is not actually worse than it was before this change for clients I feel. Before ladies who repeatedly changed location purely to go in "NEW & BACK" messed with this and now it's ladies paying a daily rate doing so. What we need to do is just get it right. It's not true that ladies are not going into "NEW & BACK" unless they pay the daily rate. All ladies paying any rate go into "NEW & BACK" at the beginning of their tour or monthly advert, they just don't go in there every single time they move location now, it is only when they start a new advert.

What page an escort's advert appears on in Dublin and other large areas where there are multiple pages of adverts is completely random (randomised once a day). It is not in any sort of order as to when they arrived in Dublin and no preference is given to any escorts paying daily rate. It is and has been for many years completely random. These reason it is randomised once per day rather than more often is it would be confusing for clients would it not is escort adverts were moving from page to page as you browsed the pages?

Yes I think it would be better to have a premium section for advertisers who are paying more if we were going to go that way. As it is we have no plans to, and I'd like to fix this issue, not talk about possible new developments.

At the moment one of the ideas we are discussing is putting the "New & Back" system back how it was before but with an auto-limit as to how many times per set period of time an escort can go into it, to stop the changing location abuse so many escorts were complaining about whilst giving the escorts who don't like the new way something that would make them happier hopefully. We are trying to do a good job here and give escorts and clients what they want.

I've been reading the 'Advertising' thread and I just don't get where some of the Ladies and Gents are coming from.

THE LADIES!
As far as I can understand some Ladies asked for changes regards front page advertising and a daily rate, this they got but not how they wanted it. Now they are saying this is being abused by a section of Ladies that are prepared to pay extra. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the Ladies ask for those changes because the old system was also being abused? So can I assume that no matter what changes are put into place not everyone is going to be happy.


THE GENTS
Now some of the guys (maybe at the request of their favourite escort) are asking questions and saying we don't think the system if fair because we can't see when our favourite is Back/New. Yes you can, whatever town you live in or visiting click on that town and there they all there. If you want to know or book in advance just look at the coming soon page for your town.


Some of the guys here carry a link to their favourite escort or escorts in their signature, do we see all the other members attacking them for giving those Ladies extra publicity with every post they make NO and rightly so because it's their choice. Then we have El Gordo's list of Ladies produced from his thorough examination of all the Ladies reviews to produce the top 50 how many sit on the panel with him to decide the criteria of how the list is produced? No one it's his choice.

Has there ever been one Lady that has said would you take me out your signature please or El Gordo could you take me out your top 50 please "Because you might give me an advantage over the other Ladies not included" NO NEVER.

What's the old saying "No publicity is bad publicity" after all it could go the other way where the Ladies advertise for free and let the Guys pay to look, as on some of the other premium sites!


I'm sorry for the long rant, my normal MO is just a bit of craic but I just feel the advertising issue has been done to death now.

I don't believe this is correct. I think I remember Karin mentioning she shouldn't be in there when she changed to Sensual Delights, because it wasn't fair, because she had changed to doing other kinds of services. If you do a search, I believe you can turn up the thread. That is just off the top of my head, could easily be more, I haven't been here for that long and can't be bothered with most threads on here, so I steer clear of many of them.

Touring shouldn't mean so much extra exposure that you can permanently be on home page, but saying all touring escorts can go on the home page every time they change location - how it used to be - causes problems, some ladies will change their location back and forth constantly etc purely to keep going onto home page. This is what we had so many complaints about from many escorts and why made the changes. Looks like we still haven't got it 100% right and I acknowledge that and we are going to try to.

Yes for a name change I agree mate and that would be fair enough but there won't be one that volunteered her removal because she thought it wouldn't be fair to the other Ladies.
