Only place that can do that now would be China or some backwater small dictator. Egypt is a mayor state and pivotal not just geographically but politically. He uses helicopters on his own people he's finished with Obama and he will have to cut him loose and back the protestors, Obama to Mubarak is like Gorbachov to the last East German leader, when they cut you loose you are finished and Obama could not stand by him if he uses that kind of hardware on his people, not when the hardware has made in the good old U S of A stamped on it.
