Thread: I joined a Gym today. Bloody hell !!!!!!

    Big thing with starting off in gym is fight the urge to go hammering at it everyday for an hour or 2 and start off with 3 or 4 days a week with 45 min session then as this gets easier and easier bring up the time, a well stocked iPod always helps too. Anyway hope ya stick to it pal
