Why does it say to post 10 forum before you can email or access phone numbers

Hi there,

To view an escorts number in their advert, then you shouldn't need to post.
You will however need to post a minimum of 10 times on the forums for sending a PM or an email to the escort through their advert.

It is set us this way due to control any spam accounts and so on.
