This has caused problems for me too. You should stay dressed for 15mins,
kiss her, smell her. Back her off, sit on the bed. Get undressed and go at
her slowly, looking to fire about 27mins. Get dressed, get the breath back
in the lift. I would rarely seek further satisfaction than one ejaculation.
And try and take the book away from her when your finished.
