I reply to my pms asap, usually the same day if I am working, if I'm not working I'm not always online everyday. I do reply to my emails however some emails go straight into my junk mail folder for some reason, dont ask my why, I'm not really into technology, I switch something & expect it to work. If a guy leaves me a voicemail, I do reply, if it's been a while since the message was left, I drop the guy a discreet text saying sorry I missed your call, no kisses, no other personal detail. However, some guys ring from a witheld number, rattle off their mobile number so quickly it's impossible to note it down. I've had much more success with PMs than email.
With email I've gotten zero responses from a half dozen mails.
On PMs nearly everyone responded.
Is the email link to an external mail address like goggle or yahoo?

thats my point PM system works fine, but why an escort lists email contact and then not use it, in this day it`s tight out there so why set out to lost a client before you even contact then, if email is not a think an escort uses then leave it out of the listing

I find that most will respond to emails. No one is making you use that option. I do not know why you want it removed. I for one find it very useful. Otherwise how could we contact girls who are not a board member?

I don't necessarily mean get rid of it, in my experience I just never got any responses from it.
If the girls are genuinely going to use it then list it by all means.
