Just wondering here, do I qualify as a BBW in your opinion or not?
In my opinion, I am somewhere in between what it's seen these days as regular size and BBW, but maybe people think differently.
Either way: should I go the gym or should I order another chinese take away what you think would work best for me???

I tend to go for the chinese and clients then compliment on my figure and ask if i work out
I some aspects I'm quite lucky have to admit...
Anyway, if I were in your shoes Karin, I'd go nowhere near a gym - it is not a good exercise and it is so boring.. I would prefer tai chi or salsa dancing or whatever bit fun and maybe swap fast food for vegie and fish more often and try to skip deserts ( thats the toughest one for me ).
Generally whatever makes you feel good in your skin - is good. And when you feel good about yourself, you will be equaly sexy no matter what size are you.
The most important thing is good health so take care of yourslef and dont overdo anything

Sounds very reasonable what you just said there, Anna, it totally makes sense.
In fact, I have already decided what I need to do for a while.
I agree, gym is boring but I found a program that guarantees to make one lose 12 pounds of fat and replacie them with 7 pounds of muscle in just 2 weeks. After a few more weeks, I will pick up another kind of exercise, more fun, but first I would like to give a try to that program. I am schedule to start on the 10th of June and I feel really excited about it. Let's hope I can keep it up
P.S. I love love love fruits and vegetables!!!
My excess weight is due to the fact that I do fuck all the entire day when I am not working and I love love love as well chocolates and cakes

Ahhhh but the fruit you eat may contain lots of sugar's etc and can indeed make you put on weight.....small amounts of different fruit are the key...like apple ,pear, melon etc are sugars, where as lemon, orange and limes can infact help you burn fats
