There has been several threads and discussions about this in the past, basically giving out about escorts that were advertising GFE but didn't French kiss which is basically what a guy is looking for when he wants GFE and that also confused the escorts as they took GFE as meaning something else so with consultation Patricia decides to drop GFE in favour of French Kissing.
