    Thanks for replying!

If anyone is curious about what I am referring to, I would suggest you go look up what a post op vagina requires you to do, FOR LIFE! It is, essentially, a large deep wound that you must keep dilated permanently to stop it from healing shut. Not only can it be painful to maintain this, but it also can very easily get infected or rupture completely. Without proper, and very tricky, maintenance, of the canal, it can start to smell extremely bad. And, if done pre-puberty, then there will be extra complications due to there not being enough flesh there to use, and there are high risks of losing sexual sensation.

I just don't believe it is an option people should consider, whether you are an escort or not, as I don't think they have fully developed a proper surgical solution. In fact, I think a lot of trans women have been used as guinea pigs to experiment and practice this surgery on. You can write me off as some sort of fetishist if you want, but I would suggest you look up some stories of people who have had this surgery and the regrets they have for doing so.

And by the way, if someone wants to be with a post op trans woman specifically instead of a biological woman, I'm pretty sure THEY are the one with the fetish here!
