There was a similar thread recently. Basically I found PMing as a newbie got me zero results.
Whatsapp has been the best method to contact girls for me.
I know some have said call first if you're new, but to me Whatsapp or SMS makes more sense in case she is busy.
Most girls tend to put their preferred mode of contact in their advert so contact them in that manner.
