Personally I feel opt out should not be allowed at all so it stops fake profiles.

Beyond that if someone has reviews good or bad and turns them off those that have reviewed should remain prior to them being turned off. Like someone said before. Respect those who have taken the time to review vs the person who is hiding them for a reason.
