My post commented on the effect of the new law rather than actual legislation enacted. I think the new law is similar to that enacted in Ireland.
Some local authorities seem to take a lenient view on their interpretation of the new law.

As far as I can recollect there was a previous thread about the new law in Spain with a link to the actual legislation enacted.

I am told that in Costa Del Sol there are a number of working ladies to be found in the usual places. Certainly this is the case in Port Banus (Marbella).

From checks i've done elsewhere, Spain has not introduced anti sex worker legislation at all yet except in relation to advertising!
