I would agree that you look the way you are supposed to Ayanna. From your pictures, there is no need to go to the gym every day, nobody can argue with this. Perhaps walking is the best exercise a person can do.
I have started going to the gym every morning 4-5 days a week. It is more to rehab my right leg, it was badly injured, the idea isn't to become buff lol. I am feeling better for it, but I am struggling to get peace to do this. Life and other people seem to follow me into the gym, unfortunately I don't have the joy of turning my phone off, but the signal is bad in there and it's a blessing in disguise 👍
