Gyms are for quitters, they’ll go once or twice and then come up with reasons to avoid, the traffic is mental, I’ll give it a miss, blah blah blah, I’ve a gym in the garage and I never use it .
The road is always just outside the door, I do a 5 every morning before work and a 10 on a Sunday, Saturday off coz I’m weak.
Would love to do another marathon but don’t think I have the drive for the training needed, I’ll aim for the same as last year 3-4 half’s, it’s the only thing that keeps me half sane
