I have a work pal that had the same issue. It was not just tight but practically unmovable. He got circumcised before he got married and it was a life changer for him. Four kids now and meeting loads of escorts. He did say he lost a very small bit of sensitivity but it was worth it for the benefits.

Maybe you are considering this for religious or cosmetic reasons. But if it's a drawback problem, my advice, look for alternatives. Glad I never had that op. There's so much more info available now compared to when I was young.
Mine never retracted until after puberty, and never while erect until into my 20s. Luckily I met a medical student that helped me with stretching exercises.

Just a few days ago I had a guest for whom - by his own account - sexual interaction ,

any direct physical contact has always been uncomfortable / painful - including oral .

He’s never had a normal sex life because of his medical condition ( phimosis ) ;

he was recommended stretching exercises years ago with Zero improvement .

Imo His best course of action would be to get circumcised .

: over my years in Dub I’ve had prob a half a handful clients who’ve gotten

the procedure as adults , and every single one of them had thought

In many cases a man cannot even achieve a full erection , due to the

skin restricting the Size . : after circumcision the man may gain a full

inch in length of the erection - due to the tissues being able to fully engorge .

: consult several physicians / imo if you Think you need it , you prob do .

A clean one .

When skin too tight , even with the best effort cannot clean properly : it’s gonna be OW .


I find it more satisfying to play with uncircumcised - IF all is in working order !

you will lose sensations when circumcised, when mine was hidden for years beneath the foreskin it was so sensitive and even the head touching the cloth of my y-fronts sent me in spasms of pain, had to wait ages for my erection to go down before i could tuck him in, I use to use my then GF favourite mug and put a mixture of organic baking powder, cider vinegar, salt and tea tree oil and dipped my willy in it morning and night when also brushing my teeth and it felt great and kept it in tip top condition, no harmful chemicals here, i coaxed the head for months to get it out suffering painful episodes and eventually it come out but the sensations and sensitivity are now gone which is a pity,
