I will tell you a true life story that happened to me.
Escorts who do not have a job aside this have years and years of gaps in their resumes. I am self employed as a beautician but I did want to apply for an ‘entry level position’ at that point at a salon. Not because I wanted to learn(had the basics but didn’t have the speed to work as fast as a salon trained tech)
I was told that despite having a portfolio, the necessary qualifications and classes(they vary at 5-6 a pop), and a bit of experience(2 years at that time of being self employed at that) they didn’t understand the gap in my resume which was rather long, thus deeming me as unqualified. Now my question is, if I want to be qualified and apply for an entry level job with a 10.30/per hour salary(yes that was the salary) then why I am being refused. I know my worth, I know how good I am, I know my strong points and work on my low ones.
It’s not that easy to be an escort and to want to quit. I don’t personally at the moment but when I do no one will ever know.I thought I wanted the bells and whistles and well I realized I didn’t

It’s in a grey area. You cannot work in pairs but you are able to work alone.
Also it’s not recognized as a job. I pay my taxes when I did my CRO and ROS they didn’t have an escort bit in the job section. Not even sex worker
