In my house I say I visit the local Doctor for an appointment at an agreed time with their consent, during which time they kindly attend to my medical needs.

philipkntz, Honestly, I think this is not an issue. I think some people are being nasty just because they hate their job because they are reflecting because of their age. I know this because I have been feeling the same way lately. Despite all the good things it has bought them in their country. They are just taking it out on us poor saps that just want to please all the wonderful escorts on here.

I think others just hate to think the "time and companionship" they pay for is a business transaction that they become offended because paying for a service re-enforces that paying is the only way they get to play. To them the distinction, spending time with, matters a lot because otherwise their just a John paying a lady perform a sex act and that's the unpalatable truth they can't accept. That's more disrespectful than any semantic bullshit because it shows their morbid world view...
