I've not yet done a massage but I am starting to consider it, but I am not sure what really to expect.

Also not sure what to even book type wise... Theres so many types... Any specific recommendations for a first time?

Book an appointment, have extra money in your hand when paying, plenty will offer extra services but best not to enquire about them by text for fear of spooking them.
All masseuse on this site would be basic sports/deep tissue type massage and then once you’re getting too frisky you’ll be flipped over and finished off by hand or covered bj.
The less you try to touch them, the better experience you’ll have

That's the great thing about a massage especially for first time encounters you never really know what to expect. The anticipation is part of the pleasure !!
