Let's take, for example, a website that reviews movies. Imagine that almost every review you read gives the film 5 stars – the new Tom Cruise movie – 5 stars, a new Fast and Furious movie – 5 stars, an Albanian documentary in black and white about a paint factory – 5 stars, a Chinese martial arts movie – yes, 5 stars….. It has to be a pretty terrible film to only get 4 stars.

That would be a pretty worthless website. You would soon stop reading it, as you knew the reviews told you nothing. Yet that is what we have in EI - the vast majority of the reviews of escorts are five stars across the board, even for appointments that are good but not great. It is not believable that there are all of these mind-blowing encounters going on across the country, and nothing that is just ok or fine.

The reactions from escorts on this thread shows that they are very happy with the current system where guys give 5 stars for even just an ok appointment. It is almost as if they feel entitled to 5 stars by just letting us in the door. They certainly do not like the idea of someone questioning the current set up and suggesting that the reviews should be more honest.

The review system as it is is great for escorts, but for clients it tells us nothing. There may be a few reasons for this, but mainly it is down to clients not wanting to offend escorts and exaggerating reviews. It is down to punters to be more honest, or the system will continue to be worthless.

You keep calling personal and subjective feedbacks “system”. Reviews are not meant to be objective, they are supposed to reflect each ones own experience. If all the reviews said 4 star but you consider her to be 5 star material would you still be so bothered? Would you still consider the rest of people as not writing honest opinions?
I’m not sure what other “system” you propose? Should people start a poll asking other people’s opinion on how many stars they should give before they submit the review? Or perhaps pm you personally and ask your opinion since you seem to be the expert on the matter

hello. I confess to some surprise that this conversation has continued. Denis is a social media creation, "the entitled". He chastises other reviewers for their inaccuracy and craven attitude. They have conspired to waste his time and very likely money with their grovelling reviews of escorts designed to elicit five more unpaid minutes. Clearly these are minutes which denis has not been afforded. These frauds have an advantage over denis with their obsequious lies and deception, they are unworthy knights not true swordsmen. It is not clear whether denis wants his money back for outlay or time spent, nor who he thinks is responsible. The reviewers are fiendishly anonymous, not like brave denis with his stalwart identification. He derides the whole concept of subjectivity preferring the trumpian doctrine of "you owe me the truth. Clearly as publisher of this treacherous material EI is culpable having a duty of care to denis to provide him with the optimum information, they, of course it is who scrutinise every review for accuracy before publication. Notably denis did not complete the consumer element of the process, preferring to register his disgust at this conspiracy against him and his new acolytes.
What is a man to do in the face of such duplicity, complain to the constabulary, legal proceedings for fraud, court of human rights...no redress there. Of course, start a thread on the forum revealing the calumnies and providing the pulpit for denis' views which until now havd been denied a soapbox in hyde park. Savanorola would have been proud of this clamour for righteousness. many would flock to his clause, and some did such as 176x who has equal disdain for the vile lick arses or rimmites as they are known. Good men such as these have a cause, to ennoble reviews for the masses, in disregard for their own potential for escorts' acclaim. Clean up the system they cry, truthfully the system that allows innumerable reviews of an escort by the same reviewer are nonsensical and abused, but not necessarily inaccurate. One reviewer has 16 reviews, 14 for the same escort. It makes the EOTM a joke and allows the muscular minority to vote for the same escorts on a revolving door abetted by management.
It is suggested that denis is entitled to his opinion, and this of course is true. Equally if you post a ego-centred imbecilic, jaundiced opinion you should expect some kickback. Like all entitled den is is a coward, in identifying the lady in question, and when that backfired, claiming it referred to all reviews, for the common good, blah,blah. "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore," comes to mind. Denis, this is not the place for your galahadian principles, having to deal with unworthy tropes by the lower canines in the pound, this is not the pantheon for you, clearly, these women are significantly beneath your own personal dignity, and you have been duped by their conspiratorial carrion dogs who have hyperbolised themselves into degradation for maybe owo or worse a positive refrain to the poisonous review. They are cheats and unworthy of your Pauline mastery of letters. If a woman has a blemish you are the man to ensure your alumni will be aware of every cellulite, malodourism and inferior technique. A significant number of escorts will not be affected by this discussion, their position on the totem pole being so low as to not have themselves worthy of consideration, those of few reviews, obviously. No. its the relatively successful, fraudulent, insider, free gift escorts who must have shaking stilettos when denis01 comes on the screen, extras for denis or we will suffer approbriation for our glossy profiles, wait is that not the essence of the complaint.
I am fond of some hyperbole myself, and sometimes i am not in total agreement with previous reviewers, this is why it is a subjective notion, not an analysis of the latest power tool. Perhaps you should spend the day in a room awaiting the arrival of several denis' who bring a clipboard, like a driving instructor, marking you as "could have done better", what futility perfection must be.

The reaction of the escorts on this thread has been very interesting. It has been hostile, hysterical, completely over the top, personal and at times abusive; in fact all of the reactions you would expect from a group of people who are not used to being questioned.

This is not really surprising, as EI has to favour the escorts in general – they are the ones that advertise and pay the site, the clients access for free and so we are not really that important to Escort Ireland. You can see this in the difficulty many punters have had in leaving a negative review – in my case I once had a pretty bad appointment with an escort, tried to leave an honest review and had her accusing me of being on drugs and then of being drunk, all of which was nonsense. I eventually got the review on the site, but it took a lot of time and effort. A lot of guys just give up as it is too much hassle. Other reviews I have left have been edited to make them seem more positive than they were.

So escorts are used to being favoured on the site and in the review process, and this is obvious by the reaction to a suggestion that reviews are too positive and should be more realistic. Some of the posts by escorts in this thread are really crazy; it is a real window into how at least some escorts in Ireland think – they obviously have a sense of entitlement, an expectation of gratitude, and sometimes seem to forget that they are actually receiving money in exchange for a service. It is really bizarre stuff at times, and a real eye-opener.

I have to add again that I have still not at any time named any escort, and will not, though of course that fact seems to have been lost in all of the hysteria and hostility.
