Just before the lockdown I had to have a ball removed due to testicular torsion and was supposed to have had a follow up appointment for a prosthetic replacement. Covid cancelled it and now I’m wondering whether there’s any point as I’ve sort of got used to the one. Though male pride does want to look balanced down below when having fun - though the end result seems no different.
Has anyone who has been through the same thing any advice?

Go ahead. Don’t be afraid. Nobody from us would mind. But for peace of mind. I would get replacement. I had a few guys who had it. I didn’t even recognized. Nice, small one. Cute thing
