if you rub soap into the glasses and use a cotton tshirt to wipe off, it leaves a thin layer, they don't fog up, I wear masks all day, works a treat

I've just been talking with a guy that says that he just cant breath with a mask on. Same guy manages to breathe through 60 cigarettes a day.

Are these loose fitting?
I have tried a few different neck gaiters from amazon and have found them too tight. Stretched tightly over my face, perhaps suitable for children.
I have a full beard so regular masks don't really do the job.
