It's as if I went to the doctor with a broken bone, and he responded with "All bones matter" Yes of course they do, but this is the one that is broken now. Let's fix this one.
Yes..but he won't put all your other bones at risk when he's fixing the broken one.....

People have been gathering together in parks and on beaches all over Dublin the last couple of weeks since the weather turned good. And once a few glasses of Prosecco are taken social distancing takes a back seat. I've seen it. The active cases at the moment are 1300. The HSE has had time to come up to cope with a capacity well in excess of 15, 000 cases.

Black people have endured generations of oppression and racism, in America, Europe, Australia, etc. The least we can allow them is the right to a peaceful protest in times like these.

We Irish , well most of us have a proud tradition of fighting for the oppressed, such as the Anti Apartheid campaigns and indeed the Spanish Civil war. Perhaps because we have been stigmatize, discriminated against for centuries.

What we saw in Minnesota is sickening but it is to Black/minority Americans not a shock not a surprise the facts brook no argument the history is there in( excuse the Pun) Black and White as to stupid speculation about the FACTS of this mans death, Too Stupid to BOTHER .

We have people of colour here many Irish citizens born here. I am not surprised it has provoked world wide reaction , the Covid issues are relevant but I can understand the rage that those who are of color are feeling right now. The situation in the USA has been brewing for years now via Trump be it Muslims , Mexicans or indeed Blacks or Chinese , white people are the superior race according to the Orange testicle brained twat.

It is offensive to see some of the comments here, perhaps some should head to some of this nice Southern states, it feels like you have shared values.

If you cannot see why this is happening you are either on the spectrum or racist.

So I assume you think black lives don't matter? At least we know where you stand.

Now is time to change that.
