    Default The Game Changers

I watched last week this documentary on Netflix and I have to admit..convinced me. I have already one week eating as they recommend and I can feel an increase in my level of energy. I don't feel anymore sleepy after I eat and overall I feel very active. Some might enjoy this documentary some might not. Still, I think is very interesting to watch. ANd yes, can be a game-changer. At list for me was. Enjoy lady and gentlemen!

I'll have to watch. The meat in Ireland is such a higher quality than in the states. I might find it difficult going plant based more right now.

Been vegan for 3 years and it's the best decision I've ever made. I'm also a weight lifter and my stamina is endless.

Let me know if you need any tips and resources. Whether ethical, health based or environmental )

Would be very useful Gia, thank you so much. I had a look at recipes and they are Totally different then I was used to cooking before. As I said is not only what I have seen in this documentary but I can fell on my own skin the difference. I always thought my lack of energy is because of the age (45 yo) but nope, now I realised is because of the wrong alimentation. I feel so energetic now Jesus, so active, cant stay on the sofa to long need to do something all the time which never happened before special since I put some weight on i have been so lazy only watching movies all day now i dont have the pacience to watch lol , i,m cleaning windows t, do exercies etc ) I will send u a text later . thank you fo help Gia

My missus hasn’t eaten meat since we watched it.

Very good documentary, not great for the Irish beef industry though. The farmers are already complaining about the prices they get, so this isn’t helping.

    Food for thought!

The farmers complaining are fighting against the unfair prices they are getting selling internationally vs domestic. Much of the Irish "beef" industry is controlled by 8 families. The answer isn't to eat more Irish cows from smaller farms, but to push the government to end animal subsidies and switch them onto growing plants, like countries all over Europe have started to help ex animal farmers to switch to hemp, oats, legumes etc. Ireland has an 8 month growth period, and we have a PHENOMENAL chance at completely revitalising Irish soil via sustainable crops. xx

Interesting documentary, however very agenda-driven and not an objective analysis at all.

That is very possible. It might be a phenomenon called the "honey-moon" period.

Not trying to deny that it can have positive effects for certain people. But the way it is presented as objective science, is what I don't approve of, as it can actually be quite harmful to some people.

In case somebody is curious (and has the time) - I highly recommend taking a look at https://chriskresser.com/debunking-t...ers-joe-rogan/ - For those that don't want to read, there's a - rather long - youtube clip with Joe Rogan and Chris Kresser going into details here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dq4Apc2Xk7Q

If it works for you, that's awesome
