I watched last week this documentary on Netflix and I have to admit..convinced me. I have already one week eating as they recommend and I can feel an increase in my level of energy. I don't feel anymore sleepy after I eat and overall I feel very active. Some might enjoy this documentary some might not. Still, I think is very interesting to watch. ANd yes, can be a game-changer.
