Mid 20's would be my starting point too. End point all depends on how tight the body stays. As you get older, age really is just a number, so if the body is good, I don't care about her age.

There are very few good apartments available for this in the area.

The hotel in the area (behind the big bank building) is good as you can enter it thru the bar to get to the lift rather than pass reception.

I think that's strategy, pretending to be 18. It's to draw in the men that have an unhealthy interest in teenage girls, they most likely can't get to the ATM quick enough.
