I think it depends where you live, as much as the escort. Most cityboys won't travel outside their city.Hell, some won't travel beyond their streets for fear of falling off the earth or encountering dragons.
Most guys who live in the sticks, who maybe have to travel for nearly an hour to their nearest large supermarket, will travel much further without a thought. For example, there are no escorts who are within easy travelling distance of where I live so I have to travel.
