Why didn't he say to the guards he was just gettin a massage.
How can the cops prove that there was sex involved?
The problem is that the police check escorts adverts on different site and use this to find where they are advertising, sometime pretending to be a punter themselves so they know where the escorts are advertising.
Once they have found a potential escort and location, then they stay outside the place, possibly have 1 person inside the building to watch people going in and out of the room.
After they have a set number of how many go in and out of the apartment during a day, they then decide that it is an escort and that is when they make their move.
But the issue is that they cannot really prove that sex took place in exchange for money, they can only speculate that sex had taken place.
When the that person leaves the building, then the police will usually grab that person to one side and then will question them, asking that person if they know the lady and ask if they know the escorts real name (police will somehow have notes of the escorts information), but as many don't know the escorts real name, they give the escorts name out.
So for the police, this to them is their prove that sex in exchange for money had taken place.
I myself would not tell them anything, or say that I had a massage only.
They cannot really force you to them what they want to hear.

I cannot say that they do, but it is very likely that they will.
It will also be the same for reporters, those reliable people who like to tell only half of a story and then add the bullshit that Ruhama will more come out with.
Why people lap up the crap that Ruhama come out with, is a mystery.

Oh, the police also raid places a lot of the time, so this is one of the only possible ways that they can make a conviction.

An appearance in a public court on a charge can normally be reported in the press. So regardless of the outcome of a case most people would be shocked to see there name up in lights.
Two things appear likely in this case. Firstly, he appears to have been on the premises during a raid in which prostitutes were found. Secondly, he appears to have pleaded guilty. Now had he pleaded
not guilty it appears likely that he would be convicted given the circumstances. It would be very different if you are stopped outside a premises in which the police believe you may have engaged in sex with a prostitute.
There would be a much more difficult job for the police to prove you did unless they done a good job collecting evidence including anything you may say to them. Still in a district court in front of a sympathetic judge
they are still likely to more often than not secure convictions on the basis of circumstantial evidence. The interesting thing will be when at some point in the future somebody manages to take issue with the legal definition and
test it in the High Court and beyond. This could be on a technical point of law or perhaps a constitutional approach along the lines of what was attempted before in Nordie Land. The bottom line is you are likely to be named and shamed and possibly convicted
if you are unlucky to be detected by the police visiting a prostitute. A lot of the advice on here is merely bravado and is mostly meaningless as the cops hold all the aces here sadly.
I'm no expert, but from lots of previous threads on this, the best advice seems to be to give your name and address, and not give in to pressure to say more.
You then keep your fingers crossed that they decide to focus their efforts on easier cases - is on people who panic and tell them everything.

What if i was caught just watching an escort playing with herself?
I’m a kinky fecker and it’s not unusual for me to pay for an escort for her to just play with herself as i just watch ...
And I’ve got massages before with no happy ending is that also a crime ??
The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017 prosecutes a person who “pays, gives, offers or promises to pay or give a person (including a prostitute) money” or any other kind of remuneration to engage in sexual activity.
Am afraid so, being a voyeur when you've paid them to perform any sexual act, fetish or perversion all counts!
