My opinion is that anyone that takes anything like this from the media, the BBC especially, at face value is an ill-educated and naive idiot.
Why? Facts. I'd wager all that I possess that the amount of factual information used to create said documentary is shoddy at best.
Why? Because the same methods of factual fabrication was used by the TORL sycophants to garner all attention away from anyone that dared raise word against them (Laura Lee [RIP], Kate McGrew, everyone else involved with the SWAI, etc).
The media are just as bad if not worse. Sex sells, but only if its lewd and/or where there's a victim involved. Otherwise they're not interested. Very few media articles are written in a positive light of prostitution, whereby they actually acknowledge the independent people who choose sex work. Very few indeed. And it's for this very reason that I question that so-called documentary as well.
