I would recommend going to see Mistress Scarlett in D24 for this. Chastity control mostly takes place remotely and for some time, so it's well worth traveling to see someone who's expert in this (and, believe me, Mistress Scarlett is expert). Of course, you could lock yourself up and post the keys, but there's something very satisfying about having Your mistress shave you and put the device on you.
