Now you simply can't find a normal sized 3 bedroom house for under 2000€. Even if you do, maybe they are in fucking Blanchardstown for example, where you couldn't pay me to live there.

Who the fuck can afford that?? Not even IT guys! I know an acquaintance, lad works in Google, so he's earning really great money. He lives in IFSC, so he has like 10 minutes by walk to his office. When I asked him how much he pays for rent, he told me 1,100€. I was like, wow, that's really decent, how come? He told me he's paying for half of the apartment 1,100€. So the whole fucking apartment is then 2200€!!! And mind you, he didn't specifically tell me how much he earns, but I seriously doubt he's getting anything less than 80,000€ per year.

My mom salary is €700 per month. And she is nurse! And food is almost the same price like here. Rents are lower but not super cheap.
