    Default The Perfect Irish Coffee!!

Happy ST Patrick’s Day all!!! I’ll be making Irish coffees for friends and family, So, start with some GOOD coffee, I use Nescafé Azeris, and two spoons brown sugar mixed together. Hot water 40 mils Of Jameson coz it’s the sweetest whiskey. THEN the tricky bit, whipped cream, a roasting hot (dipped in boiling water) use another hot spoon to slide the crane on tip. Top which chocolate flakes. Enjoy!!!! Happy St Patrick’s Day!!!

    Bushmills is nice.
Tullamore Dew would seem more appropriate seeing as the coffee is gonna be polluted with sugar.
Think I better plan a trip to the offey

Watched this doc....couple of weeks back....people don't realise where their coffee comes from and the struggle of those who produce it....buy fair trade if you can.

A double jameson always seems a good honest whiskey to me.

The kick is bit too strong sometimes.
A dash of water every now and then wouldn't go astray.

A shame to spoil it's true nature by diluting it, just brace youself for the kick and admire it's elequence.
