In Ireland, it's been the legal position since 2001 that an unwelcome "extraneous" act invalidates the consent provided and thus, will be rape. You would have to say that removing a condom may indeed constitute an extraneous act. It's like the lady consenting to intercourse but not to the man c*mming in her, if he does, it constitutes rape.
People that engage in that practice should note that it is indeed a practice covered by the Criminal Law and not the Law of Tort as the Article alludes to. It should be strongly discouraged too. Sorry, for turning this into a legal matter however behaviour such as that doesn't agree with me. It's not some sort of game or the like - "planting your seed, etc" rather it is a grave criminal offence.
