Let's talk common sense. Irish people are known to love their drink, some women drink more than men. Common sense says not to have sex with a person who is under the influence of alcohol, yet, most of people go out, get drunk and have sex.

There is a difference .. yeah, of course, one thing is to have sex without asking for consent ( knowing to be illegal) , and a different one is to visit an escort, knowing to be illegal , having her consent.
