Sex Workers Alliance & the information came from a lawyer who has worked for the organization & represented escorts in court.
I believe that it's every escorts responsibility to know their rights.

In memory of an awesome woman Laura Lee RIP
It's so difficult to articulate just how much she meant. Inspirational, brave and irreplaceable - our hero.
Please do what you can for her daughter. Deeply appreciated.

A lot of people seem to be asking if this bill has become law yet. Well I did a little research and the links below give you the answer.

The link above states that, except in exceptional cases, they can't enter and search premises without a warrant:
The power to enter and search premises
"The Gardai’s power to enter and search premises are limited to
1. When they have a valid search warrant
2. Where there is a statutory or common law power to enter without a warrant (these circumstances are quite narrow, for example to attempt to assist if a building was on fire and people’s lives were at risk).
....
Entering and searching a person’s home is something that is jealously guarded by the Constitution of Ireland. Without a warrant any evidence obtained will be inadmissible in a subsequent prosecution unless there are extraordinary excusing circumstances.
Such circumstances would include a belief on the Guard’s behalf that it is necessary to safeguard life and limb."

the crucial extract from irish statute link is 2nd para
'This Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Minister for Justice and Equality may appoint by order or orders whether generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or different provisions.'
to my knowledge it has not 'commenced' yet

I second what Sandy says. Guards will nead a valid warrant to enter an escorts premises. The Solicitor for The Sex Workers Alliance is very clear on this.
Escorts need only give their name, address and immigration status and, if pushed for more they should ask for their solicitor.
Also, on the warrant, she is not committing any crime if she is working alone.
