I don't know what happens if the government collapses. The Bill has already passed through the Dail and is due to be voted on in the Seanad tomorrow afternoon.
The president is in Columbia and Cuba all this week anyway, so he won't be signing anything.

I know this has prob been asked and I'm not very up to speed on how it all happens. Can the seanad put it back To the dail for clarity/objections/proposals & if it's a different party in place or none at all we will get more time? Or is it just a case now the seanad moves it along to the president so when he is back from his holidays he will throw the signature on it & that's that.

I think the most they can do is delay it which I'm afraid is in itself is not likely. Apart from David Norris I don't think it will face much opposition. Mostly failed politicians in that place hoping to get onto or back on the pigs back and they follow the party whip. When Higgy gets back from his dictatorship tour he will put the seal on it

true and what a nightmare his family had to deal with, scum and everyone one involved should be removed or at least step down till a full legitimate and independent inquiry is completed
