I've looked over the FAQ that others linked here, but as a visitor to Ireland from the US (I'm travelling there on business soon), are there any other basic points of the trade I should be aware of? For example, should I buy a prepaid mobile phone for my trip, since it seems like few of the ladies here respond to PM's? I've tried to PM a few to check on availability and have yet to receive a response.

the quickest way to arrange a booking it's always to call.
try posting more on the forums, if the ladies get to know you a bit better - from your posts they might be more inclined to get in touch by a PM.
