It's like asking how long is a piece of string.
The replies will range from three times a week to once a week to once a month to "whenever I get the opportunity" to once a year. Everyone is different. Disposable punting income is also a big factor and before you ask, yes I know punters in each of the categories I mentioned above. So what's the average across the entire group of punters? I would guess probably less than once a month.. but that's just a guess.
I was surprised it's as often as that. Even when I was single and had loads of fish I could still only be bothered a couple of times a year. A couple of times in the past I'd fall for a girl and become a regular, but she would just rip me off. £100 for 5min once.

That is an open question — way to many variables involved to answer accurately.
Everyone is different. People have different needs different health and fitness and also has different disposable income to spend.

Once you have hit around the 30 mark you have kind of done it all as they say and slacken off them..that's the way for me anyway..once every few months now..at the start it was 3 times a month
