Is it acceptable to ask a provider to produce health records (STD testing documents)
the certificates are usually on the wall just like at the doctors or dentist , did you not notice this previously?

I have my own test kit. If it turns green, I shouldn't have put it in there.

If the industry were regulated it wouldn't be an issue but it's not. Those certs are a load of rubbish anyway. As much as a lady can take precautions she inevitably will pick up infections occasionally hence why you the client should more importantly have yourself checked out regularly.
