Thank you Rory for a very inteligent response. I do value your thoughts. In regards to both Commandments 8 and 9, those really only refer to trolls/maggots. It's my doomsday device. I would start at the begining of their history and work my way up to their recent posts. When it comes to those troublemakers I would simply follow them around the boards deleting everything they post. Yes it is petty, but its the only thing that trolls/maggots understand. They'd simply get bored and leave.

though if a post is very offensive or goes into personnel details if we delete it, then its there for pat to view in its entirety, and make judgment as to what penalties are needed. whereas if we edit it, then the evidence is wiped away and pat has no proof of what was written.
