They were found on the premises but they were not arrested as the police refused to arrest people that did not know the law had changed and the government have not done enough to let people know of the changes. They said that they would not arrest anyone until such time as the law change was made common knowledge.

Not all of us fly south. Some of us are very happy in the North and are happy with the way we work and the safety of our clients. You just have to do a little more research and take less risks.
