He's lost the initiative really, yous need to give him some incentive to buck him up abit as hes lost all interest from what i can see. he doing it all voluntarily, do yous ever buy him wee gifts to show how much he is appreciated. its the thought that counts

I mean first Benny left. And that tore him apart. And then I went from part-timer to near nonexistent for a while. Got too much for him the poor dear.
Or else his wife's cooking finally did him in.
