An old home remedy:
Get a pound of butter and rub it all over a black cat, then tape the cat round your waist like a belt.
Fill a bath with milk and rice krispies, get into it and stay in the bath till you count 237 snaps 176 crackles and 49 pops. (be careful not to drown the cat).
Get out of bath, go outside and run around the house naked carrying a pineapple and an grandfather clock singing YMCA for about 10 minutes.
PS: I've no idea if this'll do anything but got to be worth a shot
failing that painkillers and the dentist.

you are best to go to the dentist and get a long term solution. find otu what the issue actually is from an expert. solpadine or other pills and remedies may work in the short term, but it doesnt solve the problem, and you will be in pain later.
your dentist however will identify the issue, help you resolve it and you move on in a few days or whatever, but at least you know and it sorted. less hassle than spending weeks in home remedies when the problem could just be getting worse, the pain and anguish of that!!
also long term on any painkillers, panadol/solpadine is bad for the liver and kidneys, so get to the dentist and he will sort it out, no risk, quickly fixed. you'll thank yourself for a quick decision with an expert
