I had the chance to use the sauna in the house, but I just couldn't even be bothered to even to do that, my laziness was a part of that.
Not mine by the way, family members.

    Hi Floki
when i have the man flu
i just want to curl up in the fetal position
    and go to bed
    then i want my mommy
to make me nice things to eat and to tuck me in
and tell me every think is going to be ok
but if you can't do that
best thing is to get up and take it
i find once you are up and moving around
    its not so bad
all so flu pills are very good these days
no need for a doctor prescription
i don't know if they have day and night where you are
    but they are very good
    so get well soon

I didn't go to the quacks, I just got some paracetamol from the chemist and dis-solvable ones. They make me gag a bit, but help a little.
I bought a few night and day, but ran out, hence why I got the tablets I have now.

Lucky for me, I'm getting much better.
