I start all appointments now with a golden shower.
She empties her bladder and I get a good wash.
Everyone is happy.
The water charges stuff makes me chuckle. As someone who has to provide his own water, I do don't see it as a human rights issue. None of my taxes are used to provide me with water. If you want free water, in my view, buy a bucket.

Charging you for water, yet not cutting you off or otherwise punishing you for not paying, what the fug is that about?
Worried about Irish Water being privatised? What kind of lunatic businessman would buy into that woefully mess, carefully designed never to make a bob.
Much worse things than irish water out there with nobody protesting against them

Guessing again,,,,you live in the country and have your own non contaminated well.
or
You live up the mountains, in the clouds, where it never stops raining
or
You live beside the sea and desalinate the sea water
or
you live on a spaceship and have to distil your own urine.
You know I am a bit of a detective
